Work Authorization & Service Terms

Mobile Tire and Truck Repair is a fully mobile repair and roadside service company committed to helping truckers and fleet operators get back on the road quickly and safely. Our mobile technicians will inspect and diagnose on-highway vehicles to determine the most effective solution. Incorrect or special-order parts may be subject to a restocking fee.

Disclaimer

Not every issue can be resolved roadside, depending on damage severity or repair complexity. In such cases, Mobile Tire and Truck Repair may recommend wrecker services but is not responsible for pre-existing damage to any vehicle prior to our arrival.

We do not guarantee that a repair will be completed on-site but will always make the safest, most professional decision possible.

In cases of fuel-related breakdowns, any damage caused by over-cranking or battery issues prior to our arrival is the customer's responsibility. We will deliver fuel and assist with priming procedures, but it is up to the customer to position the vehicle in a safe area for fuel transfer.

A diagnostic fee will apply if computer codes or scanning are required to accurately assess the issue.

Service Rates Summary

• Daytime and nighttime call-out fees apply
• A 2-hour minimum labor charge is required per call
• Mileage fees are billed round-trip based on dispatch location
• Computer diagnostics fee applies when applicable
• Parts are added to the final ticket after diagnosis
• A 4% fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions

All billing will be through Bedford Mobile Tire, LLC

Company Acknowledgement

By requesting service, the company or authorized representative agrees to allow Mobile Tire and Truck Repair to perform diagnostics and/or repair services based on the information available and professional judgment of our technician.

The company acknowledges that Mobile Tire and Truck Repair is not liable for:

• Delays due to unavailable parts
• Loss or damage to the unit due to theft, fire, or uncontrollable circumstances
• Pre-existing or underlying issues not caused by our services

If services are halted mid-repair by the customer, payment is required for labor and parts up to that point. In the case of unpaid or uncollectible invoices, Mobile Tire and Truck Repair reserves the right to coordinate wrecker services and retain the vehicle until payment is received in full.

If customer cancels while technician is in route the customer will be assessed a 2 hour minimum fee.

Payment due at completion of service.

If payment is not received at completion of service, truck will be impounded until such point as payment as received.
